Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different product of equal value. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at hello@cherubimaura.com with your order number and reason
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Send the item back using a tracked service
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened skincare, haircare, or intimate wellness products, spiritual items, and sale items.
