Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UK Delivery Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

EU & International Delivery EU orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

IOSS & EU VAT For EU orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout via our IOSS registration, so no additional charges should apply at the border.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
